The Career Relaunched Leadership Transformation Program


This program is designed to meet your individual needs and help you become a better leader in your workplace.
The process is based on the Test/Retest model, anchored to the Leadership Impact methodology of Human Synergistics and has proven to be hugely successful.

How we work.

PHASE ONE:
Culture and Overview of Leadership Impact Process

In this phase we explain and initiate the Leadership Impact process by walking through the Human Synergistics’ methodology, outlining the link between leadership, culture and performance as well as explaining the concepts of a constructive impact,  impact on others, effectiveness and leadership strategies. 

PHASE TWO:
Leadership Impact Report Debrief

Debrief and assist you in clearly understanding how to enhance your behavioural and interpersonal styles, ultimately enabling you to become a more effective leader. We also identify personal areas for improvement, and discuss any areas of concern.

PHASE THREE:
Mentoring/Coaching

Two weeks after our initial session, we will identify actual behaviours that could be causing positive/negative effects on others, as well as formulate action strategies and milestones using the Personal Transformation Plan (PTP). We will also assist you in developing a True-Blue chart based on “Personalised Leadership Strategies”.

PHASE FOUR:
Culture and Leadership Group Workshop (Optional)

We will meet with you and your direct reports and run a Scratch OCI process, allowing group members to understand the circumplex. We will facilitate a “Show and Tell” meeting where participants can share their results using the Personal Transformation Plan. We will then facilitate group feedback on participant results.

PHASE FIVE:
Review

We will review your progress at the start of each coaching meeting, and we will check for coachee/coach alignment. 

PHASE SIX:
Retest

We retest your Leadership Impact (usually 1 year after intial testing). We then produce for you a detailed report of test/retest data with ongoing recommendations.
